Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order, or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all sensors, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to HQ

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
